Terms of the Watch
Plain terms for a plain service. The Atlas Agent watches the Base chain and files alerts to your Telegram — free, read-only, and informational. By using it you agree to the following.
1 · The Service, As Provided
The Atlas Agent is offered free of charge and “as is,” without warranty of any kind. We aim for reliable, timely alerts but cannot guarantee uptime, delivery, accuracy, or that any condition will be caught — chains, RPC nodes, data providers, and Telegram can all fail or lag. Do not rely on it as a sole safeguard for funds or positions.
2 · Not Financial Advice
Every alert, price, market-cap, risk score, and Oracle answer is informational only — not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. On-chain data can be wrong, stale, or manipulated (a token can be named anything). Verify everything on-chain and do your own research before acting.
3 · Read-Only by Design
The Atlas Agent never custodies your funds, never holds your private keys, and never signs, sends, or approves transactions. It only reads public chain and market data and delivers notices. The AI co-pilot (“The Oracle”) is read-only and will never instruct you to move assets.
4 · Your Channel, Your Responsibility
You supply the delivery channel (a Telegram bot token or Discord webhook). You are responsible for keeping that credential safe and for any messages delivered to it. Channel secrets are stored encrypted and used only to deliver your own alerts.
5 · Changes & Discontinuation
We may add, change, or retire templates and features, apply fair-use rate limits, or discontinue the service at any time. Free-forever is our intent, not a contractual guarantee.
6 · No Token, No Catch
There is no token required to use the service and no fee at the door. Anyone claiming otherwise, or asking you to send funds to “activate” an agent, is not us.
