Wire your Telegram
Make a bot with @BotFather, send it /start, then paste its token. Hit Detect chat and we find where to deliver — then Send test alert to confirm it reaches you before you ever deploy.

Post the watchman
Deploy. The agent goes on-chain and begins reading every Base block, holding its silence until your condition is met. It appears under Standing Watch, where you can pause, resume, or dismiss it any time.
